Tasting Note
Dark red in colour with black shaded edges and a light red hue. Aromas of dark cherry and strawberry meld into anise, toasty cedar and spice notes. Light to medium weight the palate is generously flavoured with ripe dark cherry and strawberry fruits which overlay an anise, earth and spicy cedar background. Fleshy mouthfeel with velvet smooth tannins, good depth and a richly flavoured aftertaste.

Wine & Cheese Pairing
For cheese pairings, you may want to try mild, soft cheeses such as brie or Camembert, or fresh and tangy cheeses such as goat cheese or feta. These types of cheeses have flavors that complement the light and fruity characteristics of the wine without overwhelming it.
