We understand that circumstances may change. Should you wish to cancel your order for a full refund, please Contact Us using our online contact form within 24 hours of placing your order.

We try to process all orders within 24 hours to ensure customers get their cheese boxes as soon as possible so if your order have not been dispatched we will be more than happy to offer you a full refund to your payment method.

If your order have already been dispatched and is on its way to you as evident from the refrigerated courier tracking, a full refund will not be possible.

Refund for Delivered Orders

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or service, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order using our online Contact Form. Please provide a detailed description and as much photo evidence of the issue as possible so we can assess your request.

If your claim is warranted, we will provide an online store credit to the value of your order excluding delivery fee as a refund.
