Tasting Note
The estate grown fruit was harvested in the early hours of the morning, preserving the delicate varietal flavours that define this cool climate, aromatic wine. All fermentation was carried out in stainless steel, at cool temperatures to preserve the freshness and vibrancy of the fruit.
Lifted aromas of white flowers, lime zest and musk. Pristine flavours of lime and green apple with a fine linear acidity giving freshness and length to the palate.
