Please use a delivery address which you know will always have someone there to receive even if you’re not such an office address to keep the cheese box refrigerated. Otherwise, please leave an Order Note to let the courier know where it’s safe to leave it (in a shaded area) or name & number of a friend next door.

All our boxes which contain cheese or other products which need to be chilled are delivered through our chilled logistic partners. This means the products will remain chilled right up to you front door.

Keeping track of your orders couldn’t be easier. Text messages and tracking numbers will be sent to you on the day of delivery and you will be able to track the vehicle via GPS.
