I am a Professional Cheese Taster with over 10 years of experience, working across Europe, Asia and Australia and tasting the different varieties of cheese this great world has to offer. I have also been lucky enough to be the Cheese Grader for a few brands you may have heard of, such as Bega, Mainland, Coon, Cracker Barrel, Millel, Great Ocean Road and Perfect Italiano to name a few.

What started as a job being exposed to all the different cheese around the world, became a passion which I want to share with other cheese lovers and hence Get Cheese was born.
